When it came time for the video, I had been doing a lot of work in the Greensboro community, so I decided to tap in with Denzel Fleming for the video. Denzel loaded his car with some equipment and brought his mentee to the country to shoot!

The concept of this video was inspired by my reading W.E.B. Dubois and accepting my role as a messenger in hip-hop culture. I also really wanted to show what it’s like in the country. There’s not always a lot to get into, but them boys can’t wait to ride out!”
