As an artist, Watty earned his reputation in North Carolina’s underground circuit. His powerful stage presence, along with clean and clever lyrics, make his music suitable for a broad range of demographics.

His unique ear for music and need for efficiency inspired him to learn more about audio production and engineering. After interning and managing professional studios, his experience eventually became a gateway; he began to use his knowledge and resources to produce and contribute to quality records.

It was also his ear for music that led him into the world of DJing. As with each craft, Watty approaches DJing with intention and purpose, carefully molding sets around the theme each event.
