Join us for a special Third Friday in downtown Durham on June 19!

This celebration will spotlight culture, music, history, and community creativity as we honor Juneteenth and kick off an evening full of discovery.

The festivities begin at 5:30 PM at CCB Plaza and feature:

• A Juneteenth Flag Raising Ceremony presented with Spectacular Magazine

• Family Fest, a debut album release concert and party featuring Pierce Freelon & Friends

• A hands-on Beat Making Lab for kids and families

• Live performances from:

Pierce Freelon, Rissi Palmer, Watty Tha Shepherd, and Tarin Pipkins of Jeghetto’s Entertainment!
